Step 3 - Troubleshooting
So, you’ve done your homework, you know what a perfect fit looks like and you’ve done the maths – so why doesn’t ‘your’ supposed
size measure up? Fear not – our handy troubleshooting table below will give you an instant solution to your own personal bra bug.

Problem:
Underband rises up at
the back.

Reason:
The underband is too
big – either because
you’ve been incorrectly
measured or the bra
has become stretched
over time.

Solution:
Measure yourself again
and if necessary, reduce your underband size.
Replace bras over one
year old.

Problem:
Your breasts spill out
over the top or at the
sides of each cup,
creating a ‘double bust’
effect under fitted
T-shirts. .

Reason:
Cups are too small.

Solution:
Measure yourself again
and if necessary, reduce your underband size.
Replace bras over one
year old.

Problem:
The wires stick out at
the front and dig in under
the arms.

Reason:
The cup is too small.
No matter what your
size, the wires should
frame each breast and
sit flat against the chest.
They should never dig
in – or move away from
the body.

Solution:
Increase your cup size.

Problem:
Uncomfortable straps
which dig into your
shoulders and
leave indentations.

Reason:
Your bra is too big. The main support should come from the underband, not the shoulder straps.

Solution:
Try a smaller back
size, and loosen your
straps if they still feel
uncomfortable.

Problem:
Wrinkled cups.

Reason:
Cups are too big for your bust size.

Solution:
Reduce your cup size.
