No girl likes to be kept waiting; so once your card payment has been authorised, we promise to ship your lingerie order immediately.And to give you greater flexibility, Oola Lingerie can also deliver to a different address than that of your billing address – in case you’d like gifts to go straight to a friend or relative, or signed-for items to come to your place of work.
You have a number of choices for delivery.
Standard Delivery
· UK
£3.50 – Royal Mail first-class delivery. Takes 3-5 working days from dispatch. No signature required
· Europe
£5.50 – Royal Mail International delivery. Takes 5-10 days from dispatch. No signature required.
£8.50 – Royal Mail International delivery signed for. Takes 3-5 days from dispatch. A signature is required on delivery.
· Rest of the world
£7.50 – Royal Mail International delivery. Takes 7-21 days from dispatch. No signature required.
£12.00 – Royal Mail International delivery signed for. Takes 5-10 days from dispatch . A signature is required on delivery.
UK Special Delivery
For greater reassurance and protection, you can opt for Royal Mail’s UK Special Delivery.
· £6.50 – guarantees next-working-day delivery for orders placed before midday, Monday-Friday (two working days if placed
after midday)
A signature is required on delivery.
What if you’re not about when the postman is?
For Special Delivery, you or someone else in your household will need to sign for the parcel personally. If no one’s in, the postman will leave a card asking you to pick your package up from the sorting office at your earliest convenience.
Customs and import duties
If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. Unfortunately, as these vary widely, we’re unable to give you an accurate prediction of cost.
Oola Lingerie Returns
We want you to love your Oola lingerie – look, feel and fit; and if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. That’s why we offer free returns and exchanges on all our lingerie products.
Returns from the UK
Simply return your unworn items within 14 days, with all labels intact, to the address below – using the pre-paid returns label enclosed with your order. Don’t forget to get proof of posting from the Post Office and keep the certificate until you’ve received your refund or replacement.
If you’re requesting an exchange, we’ll deliver your new goods free of postage and packaging charges – and if your new goods are of a higher value, we’ll simply charge the difference to your original payment card.
Returns from overseas
If we delivered your lingerie to an address outside the UK, you have an extended period of 28 days to return it to Oola Lingerie if it's not right. Mark your package clearly as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid any delays at customs, and don’t forget to keep your proof of posting until you’ve received your refund or replacement.

Oola Lingerie Refunds
Whenever you return items to us, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you to confirm that your package has been safely received. We’ll then arrange for a refund to go back onto your original payment card within 14 days (excluding original delivery costs, and taxes/duties if you’ve sent returns from overseas).
